Make sure that you are running the 64-bit version of the operating system.
When it comes to the supported operating systems, Visual Studio 2022 can run on Windows 10 version 1909 or higher, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019. Visual Studio will work best at a resolution of WXGA (1366x768) or higher. Make sure that you have a video card that supports a minimum display resolution of 720p (1280x720). A typical installation requires 20-50 GB of free space. It may take up to 210 GB depending on the features installed. 
If you select the setup project in solution explorer and click F4 you sould see the properties window with AddRemoveProgramsIcon, Manufacturer and so on.
You should be having a minimum of 850 MB of available space. The architecture is specified in the setup project's properties window which, confusingly enough, is not the same as the property pages, which is what you are showing there. Microsoft recommends a quad-core or better processor. To run Visual Studio 2022, you should be running a system with a 1.8 GHz or faster 64-bit processor.
