This indicates the completion of the internationalization started in 2003, with the acquisition of a French company and the birth of AEROOFT AEROSPACE FRANCE in Toulouse to work directly with AIRBUS and be ready for the launch of the new program A350. In 2006 there has been a stop to the program A80 Cargo, with consequent loss of rate on the national market. In 2005 begins the collaboration with Alenia for the drawing of the wing of the JSF-35 Lookeed Martin and of the FLU A380 Cargo. The effort of Aerosoft on B787 is valued today 200.000 man-hours. In 2003 in collaboration with CGS for the CIRA, we design the first Italian space airplane without manual control, the USV-FTB1, that flew in 2005.Ģ004 represents another important stage in the history of the AEROSPACE Division: Aerosoft arrives in America and for BOEING, for the innovative long ray airplane B787 (that uses for 90% composites materials) it acquires the engineering activities for the production of the composite frame assy SEC-46 and of the auxiliary box of the tail stabilizer. For this program Aerosoft developed about 300.000 man-hours till now. Here, we will design the 15 FLU section of fuselage, from the conception till the support in production. In 2001 as supplier of first level for Alenia we are part of the program A380 PAX and we are recognized and accredited in AIRBUS.
The 2000s, with a solid position on the National market, represent the years of the growth and International expansion. It will be occupied for 3 years in the design of the secondary structures of the Leonardo NODO3 module, which NASA launched in orbit in 2007, to finish the first phase of construction of the ISS- International Space Station.
In 2000 there is the participation of Aerosoft to the most important program of the space panorama. In 1996 the acquisition of the order for the design of the wing chest of the supersonic trainer M346 Aermacchi, represents the affirmation of Aerosoft on the National market, a few years after its birth, as developer of complete engineering packs in complete autonomy.ġ999 is the year in which Aerosoft opens up to the world market and for Alenia Space it draws some systems for SAR satellite. The first order of Alenia Aeronautica was in 1994. division was born in 1993, to deal with the new market requests, that in the '90s saw a boom in the Aeronautic field.
